ReadySet Training was conceived after 17 years experience in Employment Services, Industry Job Placement and Employability Training and with a passion for creating concrete strategies and support that assist individuals to move forward into paid employment.

Unemployment can be the most traumatic factor in a person’s life, or with the right support, a time of change and opportunity. Over many years working with job seekers, and many with what we might term severe disadvantages, I have seen how the smallest change can alter the course of a whole life. For some it is simply a new perspective and attitude, for some a major shift in motivation, for others it is access to the right toolkit of job search strategies such as tailored applications and interview techniques to enable them to successfully compete in a tough labour market.

ReadySet contracts for Registered Training Organisations in delivery and assessment of VET based courses, offers non accredited Employability Skills Workshops and provides resume and application services for groups and individuals.

Services

ReadySet has proudly delivered Certificate training in Workskils and Employment Pathways courses for leading Registered Australian Organisations including EST (Employability Skills Program for Youth) and Combined Training/Marketing Programs via Employment Services over the last three years, delivering over 200 VET based qualifications to over 3000 participants in Perth, Queensland, New South Wales and Victoria.

ReadySet is delighted to offer non -accredited Employability workshops as a quality product that are designed with ‘on the ground’ experience and can be tailored for your organisation as stand alone training or in combination with our marketing and industry partners,

We are also pleased to offer affordable resume services that include concession discounts in line with our mission values to offer individuals across the socioeconomic strata a ‘helping hand’.
