ReadySet offers a range of over 20 Employability Workshops for your organisation. Whether it is basic job search techniques and resume building, pre-employment for disadvantaged job seekers that include personal development and self-audit elements, inclusion of policy and induction modules for the more job ready or a combination we can tailor a course that works for you.

What are the advantages of running non accredited workshops with ReadySet?

• Fully qualified trainers

  Our workshops are facilitated by trainers with years of ‘on the ground’ training experience. Workshops are designed with interactivity in mind, workbooks, videos, presentations, fun team exercises and role-play.

• Engaging Content

  Workshops are at the same high quality as accredited units and cover the Big 8 Employability Skills as outlined by the Department of Employment. Every workshop gives real life tried and tested learning, practical advice and activities for participants. We can map our workshops to accredited units but in practice, we spend less time on compliance and marking and more time on activities and training that are directly useful to your group.

• Flexibility

  Our workshop modules are designed to be two to three hours each and can be packaged into courses of any length. We work closely with you on the goals of your organisation to create a tailored package that meets your training needs. Because we are not bound by the rigidity of delivering an accredited course, we have the flexibility to refocus, spend longer on particular topics or even substitute learning modules in a live situation that reflects group needs and dynamics.

• Focus

  Would you like focused training for a particular cohort? We can tailor our workshops for Youth, CALD, Disability, Parents, Mature Age participants or train a range in one group

• Certificates

  Every participant gets a Certificate of Participation that they can include with detail on their resume, talk about in interviews and proudly add to their portfolio.

• Cost

  We deliver high quality workshops from qualified trainers with real experience in the employment services and recruitment field to support individuals who want to build confidence and enter paid employment. What we don’t do is pay for the expensive administration framework required to mark, assess and record employability skills training as an accredited certificate. These cost savings are passed to you so that we can provide affordable and effective real-world assistance. Our flexibility means that you can decide on the length and cost of training that will work for you.
